The contract

Putting an item in your bag is not an order. Placing the order is your offer to buy. The contract exists when we send you an email confirming that we have accepted it. If we cannot accept — no stock, an obvious pricing error, a delivery address we cannot serve — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and are fixed per market, not converted automatically. Prices include VAT where we are registered to charge it; where import duties or taxes are collected on arrival, that is stated at checkout before you pay.

If a price is obviously wrong, we are not bound by it. We will contact you before doing anything.

Delivery

See the Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of the item.

Your right to withdraw

See the Refund policy. Fourteen days, EU and UK, with the hygiene-seal exception explained there.

What we say about the product

We describe this pillow by its shape, its materials and its care. We do not make health claims about it. It is not a medical device and it does not treat, cure or prevent anything. If you are waking up in pain, please talk to someone qualified.

Liability

Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's consumer dispute channels. We will tell you in writing whether we take part in an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
