Refund policy

The short version You have 30 days from delivery to return your blanket for a refund. No reason needed. It must be unused and clean, and come back with its controller, cable and original packaging. How to return Write to us first. Email hello@hvilarest.com with your order number and we'll reply with the return address, usually the same working day. A parcel sent back without asking us first can easily go astray. Please use a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us, or you show us proof that you sent it, the return is your responsibility. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. In that case, we cover it. Your refund We refund within 14 days of the blanket reaching us, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to your original payment method. No fee. If the blanket comes back used, damaged or soiled, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. We will tell you in writing before we do. Damaged or faulty This is separate from changing your mind. If your blanket arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or stops working when it shouldn't, email hello@hvilarest.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. EU and UK customers Consumers in the European Union (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, plus 14 more days to send the goods back, and a legal guarantee against faulty goods (at least two years in the EU; the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK). Nothing on this page reduces those rights. You can cancel by email or with the model form below. Model withdrawal form You don't have to use this.
