These are estimates, not guarantees. Under EU and UK consumer law, if we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, you can give us a further reasonable period and then cancel for a full refund.

Cost

Shipping is free to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order and no surcharge at checkout.

Duties and import taxes

Where duties or import VAT apply to your delivery, we tell you at checkout who pays them and how much, before you pay. We do not let a carrier surprise you at the door without warning you first.

How it arrives

The pillow is compressed and vacuum-rolled, in a sealed inner bag inside a carton of roughly 16 × 16 × 38 cm. It expands after you unroll it. Give it time to take its shape before you judge it.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when we dispatch.
