Withdraw from contract

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel it, without giving a reason. Fill this in and we will confirm by email straight away.

One exception you should know about before you send this: the pillow ships sealed, and once the seal is broken it cannot be returned. Bedding that has been slept on cannot be resold. If your seal is intact, you are fine.

You do not have to use this form — an email to us saying you want to cancel is just as valid. This is simply the fastest way.
