Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can use the form on this page, or write to HVILA REST —  hello@hvilarest.com.

To meet the deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice before the 14 days expire. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice in writing, without delay.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, and it will cost you nothing.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we give you the return address. Ask for it at hello@hvilarest.com, quoting your order number, and we will reply with the address for your country. You pay the cost of sending the item back. We tell you this before you buy, which is what Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU requires in order for that cost to fall on you. If the item is faulty or not as described, we pay.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery. The pillow ships in a sealed inner bag. Opening the outer carton does not affect your right.
